It’s a girl for Melanie Brown! After months of looking like she was ready to pop, Brown and husband Stephen Belafonte gave birth to a healthy baby girl — whose name she has decided to keep under wraps — on Friday morning in Los Angeles.

“Finally our baby arrives, Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!” an overjoyed Brown, 36, tweeted.

This is the third child for Brown — she has two older daughters — and the second for Belafonte. No doubt that this big happy family just got a whole lot busier.

But that doesn’t mean that Brown will have any less time for hubby, Belafonte: “@Stephenthinks1 I didn’t think it was possible but I love you even MORE now honey, we have a truly amazing family xxxx,” she continued to tweet.

It looks like the possibility of passing the Spice Girl torch just got a little more real — we’re sure that Brown’s three daughters and Victoria Beckham’s baby girl, Harper Seven, definitely have what it takes to “spice up your life.”

Former bandmate Emma Bunton, who also just gave birth to a son four months ago, tweeted her congratulations to brown: “@OfficialMelB Yeah!!! Well done Mummy! Lots of love. Xxx.”

Rihanna Is ‘Inappropriately Sexual’ According to Former Spice Girl Mel C

Former Spice Girls member Melanie Chisholm, also known as Sporty Spice and Mel C, has blasted Rihanna for being too racy and raunchy for her young fans.

The 37-year-old mother and girl-power advocate told UK’s the Mirror, that despite being a fan of 23-year-old Rihanna’s music, she is not a fan of her overly sexual image.

“People have to take some responsibility, because we’ve got to a point where over-sexualization of young children has gone too far,” Mel explained. “I think music is a big part of that. Women in music, very successful women, are extremely sexual and they have young fans. It is inappropriate,” the singer continued.

“Rihanna has responsibility and although culture’s always changing, it’s changed too much. It needs to be dealt with. It’s reached saturation point. We owe it to our kids to protect them. Rihanna’s free to do as she pleases, of course, but I think her take on the criticism she’s had is interesting.”

Mel might be referring to RiRi’s defensive attitude in her response to critics saying her banned-in-11-countries ‘S&M’ video was all about sex.

“I love Rihanna, I think she’s a f—— brilliant artist, with great songs, a great record and she looks fantastic … but she’s not a mum. Maybe if she becomes one she’ll feel different. I hope so anyway.”

Mel C isn’t the first female celeb and music industry mom to call out RiRi on her hyper-sexy image. Gwen Stefani spoke her piece on the singer’s scantily clad style, while fellow mom Jennifer Lopez defended Rihanna for keeping things interesting by pushing the boundaries.

Harper Seven, Victoria & David Beckham’s Baby Girl, Sparks Book Sales

Although she’s not even two weeks old, looks like little Harper Seven Beckham takes after her mommy. Not only is she “daddy’s little girl,” but in true Victoria Beckham fashion, she’s already a trendsetter!

Sales of Harper Lee’s classic novel, “To Kill a Mockingbird,” have reportedly soared after Victoria and David revealed that they named their daughter after the iconic novel’s author. The U.K.’s Daily Mail reports that sales of “To Kill A Mockingbird” have risen by a staggering 123 percent on Amazon.co.uk.

First published in 1960, the novel rose to number 38 on the bestsellers charts after little Harper’s name prompted fans of the Beckhams to read the classic book. David reveled how they came up with the name in a video posted on his Facebook page. According to the soccer star, the power couple had decided on Harper after Lee, who is Victoria’s favorite author.

Beckham states: “A lot of thought goes into our children’s names and Harper was a name that we’ve loved for a long time for a couple of reasons. One reason is Harper’s an old English name which we loved and one of the other reasons was Victoria’s favourite book is ‘To Kill A Mockingbird’ and the author was Harper Lee. It’s a very strong, passionate book. That’s where Harper came from.”

In more Beckham news, teen idol Justin Bieber is rumored to be performing a private show for the Beckham children. The Beckham boys — Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz — are huge Bieber fans, and it looks like little Harper is sure to follow in their footsteps.

David Beckham hit the field last Saturday debuting his new pink soccer cleats with the names of his four children stitched onto them. And just in case you needed more proof that David Beckham was the perfect father and husband, he posted the following picture on his Facebook page this morning, with the caption, “A little something I made earlier…..a home-made Risotto for the family.”
